我也是这样想的， 所以我填的是距今天75天的时间， i dropped off the offer this morning, she then signed on it happily without noticing the time i filled. Then she called me at noon, asking me to go back to her office to change the Mortgage Contingency date on the contract, i ended up going to her office twice today, otherwise she will not submit my offer to the bank.:(
