急问，rental loan doc。。。的问题。。。

第一次仔细看这个loan doc （周一要签了寄回去）。。。因为在外地，以前都是叫咋签就咋签。。。这一看，有两个问题：

1.“renter shall maintain an insurance, in additon to other hazard insurance covered in section XXX, against rent loss." 这个难道是说还要additional insurance？

2.还有一段讲borrower should assign all rents to the lender upon the notice. 而且没讲是在default 的情况下。。。

这个正常吗？多谢多谢
