屋顶有好几个洞。17 square=》3500美元。need 两个新bath，1500美元。all walls down，4000美元，electrical 1500 美元。flooring，1300 sqft，1600 美元，粉刷，500美元。查了县府的记录，以前是3卧。我走了一圈，有一个4卧。下到地下室，我们全副武装，神经都集中在可能的危险上了。等到下到地下室，照了一圈后，才觉得不大对头，NND，我居然站在水里。

3卧，租金800，房客付除税处保险的一切，包括水，垃圾。4卧，租金1000。
