上来谢谢阳光妹妹关于vacating letter的提议

一个房客要搬走，送了60天通知，俺给她发了vacating letter, 一方面感谢她的租住，另一方面重申合同中关于moving out的条款。也许这给了她一次重新考虑的机会，也许她知难而退，她改变了主意，决定留下来，而且还要自己花钱装防盗门，象是要长住的样子。住吧，再住几年，俺的投资就收回了，呵呵。
