有事请教各位地主，房客提前在合约到期前(October)般出，她付了八月的房租。我说找到新房客就退 Security Deposit. 我很快找到了新房客，在八月中旬搬进。现在的问题是，她要要回Security Deposit和多付的八月租金。我不同意全退，应该怎么做？谢谢了。
