感觉你说的对，但是还有没有别的风险？手上连6个月的应急基金都不留，还是很怕。毕竟有老有小有房贷也有可能丢工作。

打个比方，你做HELOC这个投资房， 如果被地震震垮了，你还能在借出钱来了吗？
