My situation: i as landlord signed lease agreement, send to tenant to sign Monday. Still waiting till just now. There is another interested family raised rent by $150.00. (the first applicant negotiated it $100 down).
May i just notify in email the first one that i no longer honor the agreement since i have not received their response and move on?
Don't want to get into trouble as the first applicant is a lawyer.
