各位老地主们，出租房要换地毯，地板，这个价格可以接受吗？

芝加哥的房客搬走了，我们的代理建议把二楼的两个卧房，过道以及楼梯的地毯换新的，一楼的厨房，客厅以及卫生间换成复合地板。因为我们在外州，这事就全权委托给代理了。

近日代理给了我们一个报价，我想知道这个价格是不是太离谱：

1. Laminate floor：

Mohawk elements collection, (color: American Cherry) Total 418 sqf

including materials (floor, pad, ...) and labor: $2031

2. Carpet

Hawkey (color: Doeskin), width: 12', length: 58'

including materials and labor: $1393.80
