住seattle地区．

夫:年龄48．年薪15万，不会有大增的可能.

妻,家庭主妇,可能去做低薪工作如必要.

自住房：０３买,４４万,现zillow估价46万，有23万贷款．每月还＄2300．

whole life insurance:50万,每年要交＄１２，０００.

一女,还有两年的college.

cash存款:１５万．

大家都买投资房,太太也急了．

住seattle地区.好区放价不便宜，刚去看了一1700sqft的1977年的single house,要卖43万.还得抢.出租的话,$1800/month．根本cover不了房贷和开销.　不好的区,房价稍便宜，但没人光顾．

大家给出出主意，到底,这１５万闲钱该怎么用.
