方便地主收租的一些银行服务

Mobile/Online Deposit

收到房客支票不需要到银行去 deposit，用手机上的 e-banking app 拍个照就行了。好多银行都有这个服务，像 Bank of American, Chase, CitiBank 等等。可 Google "deposit check online"。

ClearXchange

这是类似 PayPal 的服务，可通过 email 或者手机号码转钱。和 PayPal 不同的是，它是由几家银行发起的，目的是与 PayPal 竞争。目前有 Bank of American，Chase 和 WellsFargo 加入。如果你的银行不是这三家银行之一，可以直接在 www.clearxchange.com 上面创建账号。好处是免费，而且钱直接到账（不经第三方）。

如果房客比较友善，我是比较喜欢上门收租。和房客聊聊，随便检查一下屋子，换空调滤网等。
