各位师长，民意调查一下，现在我该怎么办？

有一个房客，这个月的房租只付了一小半，现在已经是１３日了，

他上周五说公司老板已经把剩下的那一半直接转帐到我的账户，可是到今天还没有收到。

他今天说保证明天一定会收到。

你们说要给他三天通知吗？还是继续等？
