I'm not very clear about these extra protections from the extened policy. Can you help take a look? Do we normally need them?

• Building permit violations
• Adverse possession or prescriptive easements
• Building encroachments
• Incorrect surveys
• Pre-existing violations of subdivision, zoning laws, restrictive covenants.
