什么样的房子，银行会给agent bonus？

前两天那个疑似foundationu有问题的房子的Agent给我发了银行的property condition report，显示有plumbing damage，银行花了$3900修plumbing, door/window.

另外还列出34天内卖出，$600 bonus;35 to 39 days, $450 bonus; 40-43 days, $300 bonus

有懂这个的吗？34 天后，每3，4天，bonus就降一次阿。
