on hot day like this, you'd better know what your local  Air Quality Index is.  people say "you are what you eat".  I would say "you are what you breath".

location, location, location.  don't overlook the AQ of your property.  I am wondering where I can get AQ monitor, the one like thermometer or carbon monoxide detector in house.

check out your AQI.  Stay cool, Air spare!
