装地板时baseboard拆装与否的问题

装地板时，有三种选择，哪个好？

1。把baseboard拆了，然后装好地板，再把旧的baseboard装回去

2。不拆baseboard,装完地板后，装上quarter round shoe moulding 去cover 地板和墙之间的缝隙；

3.把baseboard拆了，然后装好地板，再装新的baseboard（或者重新paint了的baseboard)。

1，2和3，哪个好看，省时，省钱？大家都是如何做的？
