下周Refi要Closing

是Rental Property Harp 2 refi，还是原来的银行给Refi的，Title Company打电话来说，可以到家里来，让我签字。

不好意思，我这里有些不清楚。

去年我买自住房的时候，是Agent到家里来签字的。买Rental是，跑到Title Company带着AGENT和朋友一起去的。Title Company到家里来签字，是不是正常的，我是不是要先让他们把资料给我看看？
