anyone heard of this Government Leased Housing Program?

招租找来的这么一个电话，说是部队给在役军人安排住所的。说是合同是跟联邦政府签，按月EFT付款。希望utility也加入房租一起支付。不给security deposit，但是有破坏会给赔偿。听起来好像应该挺不错的，但是怎么知道是不是真的呢？这里的大老们有没有这个经验？有可能是骗子吗？
