给你泼点冷水，就凭每年10%不到的出租盈利，要是破产后从来一遍，要多少时间才能扳回来你这个5米？可能得拚到下辈子了

现在还可以有10%得出租盈利是因为美国房地产泡沫破了，房价便宜，要是没有破，这个10%都没处找。在2000年科技泡沫中赚到钱的，现在在那里？没有赚到钱的又有多少还等着下个科技泡沫，还做梦FB可以圆梦，可还有机会吗？
