医生乱收费

请教：

我的健康保险支付每年2次一般性体检，在过去10年没任何问题，我从未付过一分钱。

这次一般性体检换了新医生，charge我一千多，我的保险公司付了800多。剩下的200多让我付。

我觉得他不讲道理不公平，overcharge我, 不愿副剩下的200多。

他现在要collect我。

请问，有地方讲道理吗？医生随便overcharge, rip the system off, 我不付，他就毁坏我的credit. 真不公平。

我如何才能保护我的利益？
