请教个纯从技术性角度出发的问题啊：商户的后门坏了是房东还是房客负责？(although

it's called exterior door and on the lease said lessor shall maintain exterior(as my understanding like roof.structure etc.no detail on the exterior door...)and lessee maintain the interior.... thanks in advance...
