If only counting on cash flow, $15k rental income vs $30k rental income is not a big deal difference. However, if count appreciation, $300k vs $600k means much bigger difference.

理论指导行动。有了这个认识,我才会想多买。否折,何必费拉筋学房地产?

当然,下一步,就看怎麽操作了。是否大家认为10% cash flow hard to achieve? or 6 houses are hard to get? What if I have $300k already, and I don't have issue to get $600k loan?
