Atlanta Jackson for 800K, with rental of 950/month

First-timer as remote buyer:

1580 squr feet, 3 bed and 2 baths.

House is being rented right now. Cash flow is not that bad, need to pay property tax of 879$, with 400 insurance, no HOA.

Any comment on the deal?

Is housing price stablized in Atlanda? Is it a good time to buy?
