怎么把不在合同上的房客赶出去？

我们的房客有个亲戚一直住在那儿，我们也没太计较。但现在发现她很讨厌，总是以房客的发言人自居，动不动就是要给housing authority 打电话什么的。怎么才能把她赶出去？
