再请教一个dual agent 的问题

我们买的这个short sale 是找的dual agent, 因为他根本不理buyer agent要赚这个6%的commission. 但这次银行只愿意给4%commission. 他就问我们讨这2%. 我们跟他沟通后双方达成1.5%.因为最后的price 是listing price. 还是相当好的价钱. 现在的问题是这笔钱他不要走escow.要money order. 这就有风险.各位大侠有何见教? 多谢!
