请问大家向求租客收多少申请费？

看房的人不少，有5，6家想申请。把申请表发过去了，并说明每个申请人（每个adult）要交40刀申请费，用于查信用。结果一天之后，未见任何申请交上来。是不是我收的申请费太高？请问这里的地主们，你们收申请费吗？收多少？谢谢！
