请看以下的具体数字,也就是说,lender 给了贷款额的1.5% ($5200) 来支付这总计closing fee$5200, 其中包括估价费400。既如此,我先垫付的appraisal fee $400, 就应该没有包括在closing fee之中。lender 实际支付的只有5200-400=4800, 我支付了400, 难道不是这样吗?
