新地主如何赶走房客找律师？

我们是新地主。找了个刺头的房客。现在搬进来快一个月了，拖着不付押金。（合同上说是due to move-in date的，但搬家之前，她突然哭穷，说是因为孩子的什么事情，没地方住了，钱不够房租和押金了。单方面发了个email说搬进里半个月付，我们口头上同意了。然后搬进来的前一天，突然说这个月付一半deposit, 下个月付再付一半。可现在已经一个月过去了，什么也没给。房租倒是交了。）如果可能，我们不想给这个人住了。可以以这个理由驱逐他们吗？需要找律师吗？
