班长，梁兄，瞎忙兄等，请教下为何 空调有时工作，有时不工作

今天有个房子有个奇怪的问题

Fan is auto, Cool is ON, 但是如果有时开， 风扇不转， 可以听到relay 的click sound,  

有时开，一切正常。 

这个是很奇怪的问题， 俺怀疑是capacitor in unstable mode, 有时工作， 有时不行。 班长，梁兄，瞎忙兄，这个是为啥？
