corner lot 好吗？

我想换房，主要是为了孩子上好学校，我们这里有一好学区，大多数房建于1979左右，房况还行，标准lot 是0.14 ACRE， SFH 价45w，但corner lot可达 0.3 ACRE, SFH可能在62w左右，房稍大点，我家就三人，但我图的是以后地升值，我以后可把房推倒建两边duplex, 因为是好学区，不愁出租，大家说是买标准lot的SFH, 还是买corner lot 的SFH？我们双职工，工作稳定。
