真心请教:怎么处理现住房?

我们最近要搬到另一个区, 现住房2000SQFT, 已经还清贷款.现在有几个选择:

1. 卖掉现住房,把现金转到新房.

2. refinance现住房,把现金转到新房并把现住房出租.

3. 出租现住房without refinance.
