请教：我会有大麻烦吗，如果我停止贷款申请

我正在做自住房的重新贷款，利率和贷款都批准了。因为房子评估价太低，我要放很多钱进去才能避免PMI.
因此，我不想做这笔贷款了，我会有大麻烦和后果吗？
