吐血奉献，同学们不信啊

 经过长期观察实践，发现 Chase 的 home value estimator is good

The point is do NOT pay more than the price given by this estimator (or given by Zillow if it is lower as some 同学们 suggested :) 不管agents如何鼓励你哈。Agents 总是鼓励的多no matter which way the market is heading :)

信不信由你，I just purchased a house at a price that is significantly lower than what this estimator and Zillow gave.
