一个房子在空着,另外一个房客又要开始麻烦了。
这个房客的冰箱不够冷,我请朋友去了两次,修不了。昨天他的空调也不工作了,朋友一个小时之内马上把空调修好了。同时,也请人修了冰箱(从craigslist找到的),结果也没有修好,房客今天来了email, 说:
第一,7天内修好冰箱,或者买新的
第二,赔偿他的时间,额外的电费,和损坏的食物,200美元。因为修了三次,他说很不高兴。
修冰箱的时候,他老婆在家,我也在,他不放心,从公司回来,我告诉他,你可以回去上班的。可是他自己坚持在家陪老婆。
我也不想把房客关系弄僵,因为换房客实在太麻烦了,并且换房客一般要空一个月。
大伙有什么好主意吗?怎么回复他?
