如果租客提前预付房祖，可以省去租客的credit check吗？

一个看起来蛮有米的租客，因为火灾，突然没房子住了，看中了我们出租的townhouse，想租。不过他不想我们check他的credit，说是离婚的时候他的信用分降低好多，不想因为租房子查credit而减少分数。但是他答应租六个月，先预付第一个月和最后一个月的房租，另加两个月的房租做押金。大家觉得这样做靠谱吗? 谢谢～
