带游泳池的独立房买来出租好不好？

刚上市的一幢三房两个半卫的独立房，后院有一个25'X12' 的游泳池，要价$57K，出租的租金约在$950-$1050之间，房子需要一些修理。问题是这个游泳池对于将来出租的话是有什么用？游泳池是留着好还是填掉好?这个带游泳池的房值得买吗？还请各位经验丰富的高手指教。
