请教房大侠们,有用smartmove.com 查房客信用和犯罪记录的吗?信息可靠吗?

最近查一房客,说有两个犯罪纪录,一个报告上的名字和驾照上的不完全一样; 另一个名字彻底不一样. 不知该不该相信.  信用六百多. 请建议
