如果一个空屋子有跳蚤，过一段时间跳蚤会自己死光吗？

以前有个房客带着狗搬走之后，我去屋子里转了一圈，结果回来就身上开始长出包来。我这个人比较皮实，也没有去治疗，后来慢慢就好了。当初还以为是过敏，后来想来觉得是被跳蚤咬的。

那个房子清洁工去收拾过之后，大概是空了有个把月时间，期间不断有handyman光顾做些修理。我很确定没有做除虫处理。然后新房客搬进去了。这家新房客很挑剔，有很多似是而非的修理要我做，但是从来没有抱怨过有跳蚤。是不是空关期间跳蚤都饿死了？
