小地主之烦恼 二: attic insulation

我有一个旧房子， attic 没有，insulation， 所以楼上不保温。我听说有一种attic insulation 可以用管子打进去的。我的attic是已进装修好做卧室的。不用动现在的墙，就能冲进insulation 吗?

有经验的能否谈谈。我在马里兰。有没有好的公司推荐。
