I am thinking about to put some money in real estate. How do you guys find a good property management? In the past, I try to avoid real estate investment (other than my own house). The reason is very simple, I can't handle the rental business. The reality is many of tenants are not rich, otherwise they would have bought a house already. For example, if a single mom with two kids falls behind payment, there is no way I can kick her out. I probably just let her live there for free until she can catch up financially. i have no problem to make money from rich guys, but I will have hard time to take money away form good but poor people.
So if I do rental business, I have to ask a property management to help me. I just pretend I don't see what's going on so I can treat it strictly as business.
So how do you guys find a good property management?
Thanks in advance,
Freewilly
