请教：何处有卖pre-built, portable garage 的？

湾区一个百年老屋出租房（普通房子）。后院的双车库要重盖了。 车库原来无地基， 但有水泥地面。 请教：是否可用pre-built, portable garage 直接放上去？ 何处有卖此类garage 的？ 如必须打地基，双车库cost 大约多少呢？
