the contract between buyer and seller says upon excecution of this contract, buyer deposit earnest money.

只是有些奇怪, 若银行不批,岂不多余? 问Agent,Agent说不用担心银行.不知是无须银行批,比如Mortagage balance 小于sale price, 还是别有原因?
