First, alike other sales, it's not an easy job if you want to be a good FA - Lots of compliance regulation and your clients may run away if you don't do a good job.

Sales skills are necessary condition; you also need great knowledge in financial products; tax regulations and cultural.

But it is a nice career with great potential.
