急问：能否出租给有犯罪记录的人？

有一户三口之家。男的是一个大公司的电工，薪水是30美元/小时。收入和credit score 都可以。唯一有一点不确定的就是：这个男的20年前（当年他18岁）犯过罪，convicted felony. 能否出租给这样的人？
