BSO--县里给俺房子的估价终于降了1。5%，俺明年可以少付tax

哈哈，从买了房子后就没有降过，这是第一次。这个小区每年涨一点，property tax每年就加一点。这周围的房价在跌，反正我们的估价就是不跌。今年以为还涨的呢。一个小学要搬过来，房子卖得飞快，房价自然也跌不下来了。

 

不过，从俺十多年前十八万买下房子，放现在上市能卖20万，我就谢天谢地了。：（。
