关于房客

有一出租房，租客已住了3年了。现旧邻居间接传话，认为我们的租客在卖东西。经常有人很晚进进出出，但旧邻居不知道我房客在卖何物。想请教一下各位大拿，我现在要如何做？谢谢了。
