都知道大温哥华地区要降，为什麽还有买卖呢？

我是属于输不起的刚起步的小地主，所以现在无论如何也不敢投资温哥华的。只是好奇。请大家帮忙分析一下： 是大富不怕降呢还是另有机会我们恐慌没看到呢？
