其实，书上学的总是不够的，

你应该很高兴才几百刀就学习了这么多：

1，可不可以租要先问，

2，可不可以改篱笆要先问，

3，可不可以改造房子要先问，

4，必须阅读1，000页的居委会条款，

5，收费便宜的代理，做事也便宜。

6， business is business, write it off and never mind again.

Think about it, if you lost $3,000 in one stock trade you won't blame the NYSE, why tangle with $300 for so long? It is not worth it. :)
