有哪位地主从salvation army领过房租？

我这个房客是个单亲妈妈，护士。进来5个月，房租都及时。
结果上个月生病了，等着换肺，不工作了，disability还没下来。
我觉得人家也很可怜，所以她要申请salvation army的帮助需要我提供什么我都配合了，有rental ledger，有eviction notice等等。
结果今天让我给salvation army发w9, 我打电话过去，才知道他们要给我generate税表。
我不乐意了，那不是成了我领救济了？我老老实实收房租，我碍着谁了？
因为485pending, 我失业都没领保险，为了房租可不值得。

请问，salvation army领的房租怎么保税？
