我来问问题。关于quit claim。

我以前做的quit claim，title insurance仍旧cover LLC（只要LLC的所有人包括我）。今天要做的quit claim被告知title insurance not transferable。这是新规定还是title insurance公司的条约不同？请各位师兄师姐给小师弟解析。
