万一租客不交租，如果走legal process, 房东要损失三个月房租，我听人说有一招：找几个壮汉，只接把租客的东西搬出去（比如放backyard去），下一租客很快可住进来，房东的损失会小些，大家说，这招行得通否？在北美这种完全保护租客的地方，房东也得想招保护自己啊
